Ruth held a launch event for her book "10 Tales Jesus Told" in St Michael-in-the-Northgate Church, Oxford, UK on Saturday, 9th April 2011. Visitors had a chance to see, peruse and purchase her works and hear some of her songs. Ruth gave ten copies of "10 Tales" to FADO-T (Faith Action Development Organisation - Teso), a Ugandan education and development charity, and added a further four copies funded by kind donations from people at the launch. FADO-T's director, Dr Deborah Ajulu, spoke about her organisation's work.
This site will tell you a little about Ruth, the author, and present her work. This includes the above recently published book and also two booklets (one in prose and one in rhyme) on the Life of St Frideswide, the patron saint of the City of Oxford, United Kingdom. She has a collection of 24 Christian hymns and songs and 20 Children's hymns and songs where she is writer both of the words and the music. She has written various poetry collections for adults and children, including fairy tales in story rhyme.
